WE HIRING and seeking a Fragrance Sales Specialist with a strong Sales Background to represent a top 10 fragrance brand. The candidate MUST have at least 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant in the retail cosmetic industry and strong level of experience working with fragrance brands. You will be working as a brand representative for a top 10 Fragrance brand; tasked with driving product sales during your shift, and helping to train the in-store teams on the brand as well, ideally you are great at networking, building relationships, and closing sales.

Understanding the client needs (good approach on knowledge and sales techniques)
Training and coaching in store consultants on products.
The consultant must have at least 2 years minimum in the RETAIL COSMETIC INDUSTRY. This candidate also must have the experience training on brand expectations and building long term relationships with the stores.
Big Box Retail (Nordstrom/ Macy's): 2 years (Required)
Fragrance Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Beauty Retail: 2 years (Required)
